a region rich in olive groves. The coratina cultivar, originating in the city of Corato and, in general, cultivated
throughout the North of Bari, gives rise to this highly prized product.
Cold extracted, so as to maintain the nutritional characteristics of the olive, the Piarulli extra virgin olive oil, with its light
green color with golden reflections, is distinguished by its limpid appearance, its hint of fresh olives and the uniqueness of its
intense flavor. The particular and pleasant aftertaste of bitter and spicy, with notes of almond and artichoke, derives from the
high concentration of antioxidant polyphenols.
