The Piarulli family has always dedicated itself to the vinification and marketing of the most renowned Apulian red, rosé and
white wines. Nero di Troia DOCG and Sangiovese are our stars among the red wines; Bombino Nero DOCG is our most
appreciated rosé; Bombino Bianco, Malvasia and Pampanuto our best whites.
Over the years, the production has been expanded to broaden the choise.
To the wines made from native grapes of the Apulian territory, various qualities extracted from extra-regional grapes such as the
reds Lambrusco and Montepulciano and the white Trebbiano were added, along with the processing of international grapes,
mainly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The quantity of wine produced, on average 50.000 hl, varies according to the
year and all the listed qualities are sold loose, destined both to large-scale distribution through tank sales, and retail in the
company wine shop as well as some regional wine shops.
